1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms. By using the app after its public release, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Casual entertainment only
Turnplay Arena provides casual turn-based games. It does not offer gambling, wagering, money, prizes, rankings, calibrated Elo ratings, tournament adjudication, coaching certification, or guaranteed competitive strength. Difficulty labels describe bounded interactive strategies only.
3. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer for harmful purposes, overload, probe without authorization, or use the service to transmit malware or illegal material. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment details, government identifiers, health records, or unrelated sensitive data.
4. Images and user-provided material
You must have the right to use any board image or other material you attach in ChatGPT. A single Go image cannot establish hidden history, prior ko positions, passes, or unknown captures, so the imported board is reviewed as a new game root and may need correction before play.
5. Saves and availability
Saved sessions are a convenience, not a guaranteed archival service. They can expire under the retention window described in the Privacy Policy. Internet outages, host maintenance, software updates, or state conflicts can interrupt play. Reset and End Game require explicit confirmation, but neither operation is a complete deletion request.
6. Intellectual property and open source
The original interface, text, and artwork are owned by the publisher, subject to the licenses of included open-source dependencies. The public repository does not grant a license to reuse the project unless and until the owner adds one; applicable third-party license notices remain in force.
7. Independent product
Turnplay Arena is an independent product. It is not created, sponsored, certified, or endorsed by OpenAI or by any game publisher, sports league, venue, or platform. “ChatGPT” and other third-party names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect move strength, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any liability limitations and governing law will be completed by the verified publisher before release and will not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Changes and contact
The publisher may update these terms, with the effective date shown above. Questions can be submitted through Support. The verified publisher name, contact address, and governing-law details remain a release gate.
